CBC-1 is a fast starter and robust strain which can be used to ferment/referment beers up to 12% ABV. Ferments well in the range of 59 - 77° F. This yeast is a great choice for carbonating beers when the original yeast will not cut it. Great for use when bottle-conditioning Saisons, Tripels, IPAs, and pretty much anything else! CBC-1 does not impart any flavor on the beer to be refermented / bottle-conditioned.
