How to Make Irish Red

Skip the silly green beer and leprechauns, instead brew some Irish Red. This homebrew is a crowd-pleaser and easy to brew, too. Named for its signature red hue, Irish Red is a solid homebrew for St. Patrick's Day or anytime of the year.

Type: All Grain

Batch Size: 7 gal

Boil Size: 8.14 gal

Boil Time: 60 min

End of Boil Volume: 7.65 gal

Final Bottling Volume: 6.75 gal

Fermentation: Ale, Two Stage

Equipment: Anvil Foundry 10.5 (5 gal batch size)
