The new Winemaker's Trio White is a perfect blend of crisp Pinot Grigio, smooth Sauvignon Blanc, and luscious Muscat offering wonderfully rich floral aromas and subtle notes of peach and tropical fruit. This kit  produces a premium, easy-drinking white wine that is unoaked, medium-bodied, and dry. The result: a wine that pairs wonderfully with seafood, BBQ pork and cheeses like brie and goat.

This white wine kit includes select yeast strains that enhance varietal characteristics during fermentation to bring out the best flavors and aromas. Lalvin EC-1118 wine yeast is used in this wine.
